OPEN CANADA CUP RESUMES NEXT WEEKEND
Play resumes in the CPSL-sponsored Open Canada Cup on Friday, August 1 when five Third Round games will be played over the Civic Holiday long weekend.
The Third Round will kickoff with one game between London City and St. Catharines Roma Wolves on Friday night and this will be followed by a second game on Sunday afternoon when Ottawa Wizards clash with Laval Dynamites.
The three remaining games will now be played holiday Monday, August 4, a change from the previously announced three games on Saturday. These games, as previously announced, will be played at the Dufferin Clark home ground of Vaughan Sun Devils, situated on the east side of Dufferin Street, just north of Steeles Avenue in the City of Vaughan.
The five winning teams will advance to the competition�s final weekend during the Labour Day holiday weekend and details of the final round will be released shortly.
