Despite a strong effort by Hamilton, the game ended in a scoreless tie and a point for Olympians, enough to put the former CPSL champions back on top of the Western Conference.

The new-look Olympians have fared much better than expected following their team reorganization and relocation as Toronto Olympians from Birchmount Stadium in Scarborough at the beginning of this season. Players Darren Tilley and Daryl Holmes, both formerly with the Toronto Lynx of the A-League, have played a big part in the success of Olympians in this campaign, along with Shannon Machado,Ian Cardey and Jason Pedra on defence and in the midfield. Kevin De Serpa has also been prominent up front. The Olympians travel to Cove Road this Friday for a game with London City.
