CROATIA, OLYMPIANS TIE 1-1 IN CANADA CUP QUALIFIER
Olympians took the lead after six minutes on a goal by Shawn Ferria, signed recently from the A-League's Toronto Lynx. Nikola Andrijevic levelled the score 1-1 for Toronto Croatia on a penalty kick at the 19th minute mark. The teams will do it all over again in the second leg of the two-game total goals aggregate series, at the same Memorial Park on Sunday, September 22, a 1 p.m. kickoff. The winner of this series will qualify for the trip to London and the Canada Cup weekend being staged at Cove Road September 27 to 29.
